Free international shipping for orders over $300 USD. Shipping time generally takes 1-3 business days after the order is processed.

Delivery times are indicated from the day when the order has been confirmed by Hodgepodge. Our aim is to fulfill your order within the time frame indicated above and we are not able to take responsibility if the delivery time takes longer than indicated.

 

RETURN POLICY 

Standards for Returns & Exchanges 
  1. Item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, unscented, and in the exact condition they were received.
  2. No visible signs of wear including perfume, makeup stains, deodorant stains, etc.
  3. Most of our pieces are made from delicate silk and are very form fitting, hence scents can latch on easily (i.e., perfume, body odour). Please do a smell check on the item(s) that you are sending back. 
  4. Items must not have been used, washed, altered, or tailored in any manner.
  5. You have 7 days within receiving your items to request for a return.
  6. Returned item(s) must be shipped back to us within 7 days of return request approval.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item. Hodgepodge reserves the right to reject any returned items without approved authorisation. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
 

DOMESTIC RETURNS

Orders may be returned within 7 days of delivery date for store credit. Store credit is valid for 6 months upon activation. To request for a return, please email hello@hodgepodgeshop.com. Once your return request is approved, please ship the item(s) back to us within 7 days. Returns will be subject to a $7 return shipping fee.The return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit. Initial shipping charges will not be refunded as store credit. 

The item(s) must be returned to Hodgepodge first before your refund can be issued. If you are returning items from an order that was eligible for free shipping, the initial shipping fee will also be deducted from your store credit.

 

DOMESTIC EXCHANGES

Exchange item(s) are shipped free of charge. A request for an exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery date. Once the exchange has been requested, a pre-paid return label will be e-mailed to you. Your new item(s) can only be shipped out once we receive your returned item(s). Before requesting for an exchange, please read over our standards for returns & exchanges below. At this time, we only offer free exchanges for purchases within Singapore. 

We accept exchanges on item(s) that have been purchased from our website. You can exchange an item for a different size or color in the same style as your originally purchased item. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.

 

Instructions for Domestic Returns & Exchanges

Step 1: E-mail hello@hodgepodgeshop.com and include your order number, item(s) that you will be returning, and reason for return.

Step 2: A prepaid return shipping label will be sent to you via email. Download and print it out.

Step 3: Securely pack item(s) using original Hodgepodge packaging.

Step 4: Remove the old shipping label and replace it with a return shipping label.

Step 5: Drop off package to the nearest J&T Express points.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Orders may be returned within 7 days of delivery date for store credit. We do not provide shipping labels for international returns. For international customers that would like to return an item(s): Please note that you may use any postal service at your own risk and Hodgepodge does not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service and items are well packaged. Initial shipping charges are not included in the store credit. 


The item(s) must be returned to Hodgepodge first before your store credit can be issued. If you are returning items from an order that was eligible for free shipping, the initial shipping fee will also be deducted from your refund. For more information regarding international exchanges, please email hello@hodgepodgeshop.com.

Customs duty is a charge applied to shipments by the receiving country or region's customs authority for shipments that are above a certain minimum. Customs duty is varied and calculated based on the following factors:

  1. The product’s declared value and shipping costs
  2. The product category as determined by the HS code (Harmonised Item Description and Coding System)
  3. The country or region of origin
  4. The destination country's tariff rates
  5. Applicable trade treaties
  6. Duties and import tax based on the product's declared value might be affected by discounts or free items.

Please note that we are not responsible for the custom fees that may incur with international orders. Customers are solely responsible for all applicable fees, taxes and duties (including VAT) that are imposed by your country of residence.
